We understand that sometimes we make purchases and aren't happy with the result. While we strive for 100% and do our best to ensure that this never happens with any of our purchases, as a small business we know that sometimes we might drop the ball.

Inquiries for returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are tested and proven and want customers to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably, and we will do our best to get you what you need within the best of our ability. We believe when treating our customers fairly and respectfully that they, in turn, are fair and polite with us.

RETURNS: Due to sanitary purposes and the nature of the product, Chromatic goods are non-refundable.

DEFECTS: We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each set is checked 1-3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email support@chromaticnail.com with your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right. 

EXCHANGES: Chromatic does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective, a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.

SHIPPING: At the moment, Chromatic only offers shipping within the United States and its surrounding territories. As a small business, we do not currently have the means to ship internationally, but as we grow we hope to expand into this space very soon!
